whats that gravel your putting on after the seeds?

    • @Agrotonomy says:

It’s called vermiculite. This is a naturally occurring mineral that is ideal for the germination process and provides the perfect water to air ratio.

  • @Aswathy322 says:

    Hi,
Will this work in Indian weather?

  • @Mahadev_devottee21 says:

I am gonna make a model project on this.. Can u pls tell me where did u germinate those seeds ?? I mean what’s that yellowish thing ??

    • @Agrotonomy says:

It’s called agricultural rock wool which is made from basaltic rock. We germinate the seeds directly in these sponges before transferring the seedlings into the aeroponic towers.

Very cool! Is there a strong demand for marigolds? Is it for culinary use or for florists in your area?

    • @danglesbanglesmoreco says:

      How do you eat them?

    • @Agrotonomy says:

There’s growing demand for marigolds, especially for pest management, decorative use, and cultural events rather than culinary purposes. In our case, they’re mainly used as companion plants to help reduce aphids and cabbage worms across the farm.
