    Nice to see you on the screen again Katy! Those look delicious. We always make Irish Soda Bread once or twice a year with corned beef and enjoy it. We make it a loaf form but these individual ones you made look like a great option to try out! Some scrambled eggs, some cheddar cheese, yum.
