๐ Recipe โ Irish Soda Bread Farls
Ingredients:
4 cups flour (plus extra for dusting)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 ยพ cups buttermilk
Instructions:
Preheat skillet or griddle on medium heat.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add buttermilk and gently mix until dough just comes together.
Turn out onto a floured surface and knead lightly.
Divide dough into quarters (farls).
Cook each farl in skillet for 8โ10 minutes per side, until golden and hollow sounding.
Serve warm with butter ๐ง.

Nice to see you on the screen again Katy! Those look delicious. We always make Irish Soda Bread once or twice a year with corned beef and enjoy it. We make it a loaf form but these individual ones you made look like a great option to try out! Some scrambled eggs, some cheddar cheese, yum.
