BARTER system is what I have been using, as much as possible, for a few years now.

Someone in the Ostrich farm’s neighbourhood reported that birds had died so the government came knocking on her door. Because this woman believed in COVID and pcr tests, she allowed the testing of the Ostriches. She basically signed their death warrant when she invited the vampires onto her property. I feel very sorry for the birds as none of them had to die.

  • @ruthcowden1386 says:

Great advice. I have had people who could not understand why i would not get any grants. It’s like making a deal with the devil.

  • @MelodeeRose-dt4ok says:

Really good advice. Everyone needs to know these things, especially nowadays.

Curtis, you have such an enormous skill set. your knowledge and experience have been a huge asset to many of us over the years and I am very happy to see you sharing it again. Some may think that acquiring and managing firewood is a simple thing, but there is so much more to it and it has taken my family decades to learn how to better manage our wood heating system… we have a small piece of land, but with planting trees over a 30 year period and cutting and replanting we have quite a lot of our wood already in the back yard if needed. We have friends that invite us to remove trees and logs from their property which also helps us. Please keep sharing and bring back any growing tips you have as well… I am sure many of your audience has never seen all the amazing work you have done. THANK YOU for all you share here on YouTube.

I had a long talk with my tax accountant a couple years ago and we talked about rentals- we have a couple. And wanted to treat a 5th wheel as an another one for family with the intent of breaking even, however with the write offs it would have been a slight loser. He explained that the “intent” was key to the whole issue. I have thought about it a lot and come around to that being great news. I decide the ‘intent’. So some of the other rentals don’t have to make much money and be taxed for it, i can barter some of the rents for service and that helps both sides, just not the tax people.

Its good to see you back in action.
