buy a $5000 40hp tractor with a slasher and then buy an old backhoe much better to dig and load with as well as crane and ladder – I used mine to paint raised house get in bucket up to 3m. Seen a few on facebook market place for reasonable prices.
GRT wait till it rains again seeds last a decade and come up every other year or so. I was using fluproponate pellets and worked for a while but the last big rains has come back with interest. Slashing and wick wiping is probably a good way but you need to have open pasture if lot of scrub will be difficult to do without too much labour.
look for kimberlite it’s a 3 billion year old ore that contains diamonds there’s a kimberlite pipe on my land but zoning ordinance wont allow mining few years ago had a visit from 2 university geologists wanting to drill test cores
