much better than your 1st beehive concept…Still not keen with bees and plastic, but it looks solid Hoocho.
I figure anyone already using a flow hive has come to terms with plastic since it’s made of ABS
@@Hoocho I suppose the next step is to try and make a 3d printable flow frame without patent infringement. i’m more of a let the bees do their own thing and appreciate the wax just as much as the honey
@@Hoocholook at oldschool standard commercial units. They are often made out of polystyrene. Better use some foodgrade 3d material as u probably did for the inside and u are even better off. ABS is also most of the time not foodsafe. The hive is looking good!
Looks good, mate. nice and solid
Good on you mate – put a little competition in the honey making business.
😱
Too many microplastics in that honey
Are they native bees 🐝?
How’s the temperature inside this hive vs with the Flow’s wooden outer? I’m guessing there’d be a reasonable difference, but then I also don’t know what bees are ok with temp-wise
Either way looks cool & I like the idea 🙂
Hmmmm BPA Honey!
